Our Story

Quantumly came together in 2021 when our founder got rejected by a job they were actually perfect for — because their resume didn't match the keyword filter. That one rejection sparked something. What if technology could actually understand people instead of just scanning text? We spent months talking to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Built early versions. Broke things. Fixed them. By 2022, we'd helped our first 200 companies cut their time-to-hire in half. Today, we're proud to serve teams across Eastern Europe who believe hiring should be smarter, kinder, and faster.
